Sharon Smith

Sharon joined the RS team in early 2023, bringing with her a wealth of business and human resources experience.

She loves working with our team members to help them achieve their professional goals, and working within the business to identify areas for improvement and work towards achieving strategic business objectives.  No two days are the same and she enjoys the challenges and diversity of her role.

Outside of work Sharon’s time is spent with her husband and two daughters Charlee and Ellie, weekends away in their caravan and hitting the gym – oh, and reading a good book to unwind.
